Practicing forearm stand variations.

How to practice doing forearm stands, headstands, and handstands:

∞ practice against a wall

∞ if you must, push your legs up and lean your feet against the wall till you find your balance

∞ activate your core

∞ slowly push your feet away from the wall and find your balance

∞ you may start closer to the wall and when you feel more comfortable, move further and further away

∞ practice is the key, so don’t stop trying!
